✦ Your field service system - in the tech's pocket, fully governed

Your field service system. In the tech's pocket.

Techs update work orders, log parts, check asset and job history, and close jobs from WhatsApp on site - no laptop in the van. Synced to your FSM/ERP in real time, and you decide exactly who can view, who can close, and what runs only after approval.

The FSM is locked in the office. The job happens on the roof.

Sadeh brings your field service system and ERP into the one app every tech already has open - so work orders, parts, and asset history update from the site, and every close or write runs only after a one-tap approval.

Sound familiar?

The pains you know. Here's how Sadeh handles them.

Four moments from a technician's day - and what Sadeh does with each.

01

Check a job's parts and history without calling the office

Sound familiar? The tech radios dispatch from the roof, waits on hold, and guesses at the asset's history.

History on the chiller at Continental, and parts on job #4471?
Asset CH-220 · last service 14 Mar (compressor seal) Job #4471 parts: 1× condenser fan motor, 2× filter
02

Log parts used while you're still on site

Sound familiar?Parts get scribbled on a slip, keyed into the FSM two days later, and inventory drifts out of sync.

Used a fan motor and a contactor on #4471
✓ Logged to work order #4471 · fan motor + contactor · $385 Inventory decremented in NetSuite
03

Close the work order - after your tap

Sound familiar? You'd never let every tech close jobs or move billing in the FSM. Now you don't have to.

Requesting to mark work order #4471 complete · 3.5 labor hrs, $385 parts
Approve
✓ #4471 closed in ServiceTitan · logged in the audit trail under your name
04

Who can close jobs - you decide

Sound familiar? In the FSM it's all-or-nothing: a tech either has full write access or none.

Let the new techs log parts and update jobs but not close work orders
✓ 'Technician' role: read asset history, log parts, update jobs (your approval to close), no deletes
Who it's for

For everyone whose work is in the system - but whose day is on a job site

Sadeh isn't a customer chatbot. He's how your field team touches your FSM, ERP, and asset records without opening them - and how you control exactly what each person can do.

🔧

Field technician

Work orders, parts, and asset history - from their phone, inside WhatsApp, no laptop in the van.

  • "What's the history on this chiller?"
  • "Log a fan motor and a contactor on job #4471"
  • "Mark work order #4471 complete"
🚐

Service / dispatch manager

A real-time picture of every job and SLA - without chasing techs to update the FSM.

  • "Which jobs are at SLA risk today?"
  • "What's still open at the Brightwater site?"
  • "Who hasn't closed a single work order this week?"
📦

Parts / inventory

Parts logged from the site keep stock accurate - no slips, no two-day lag, no surprise shortages.

  • "How many condenser fan motors are left in van 7?"
  • "Which parts went out on jobs this week?"
  • "Reorder filters when stock drops below 20"
🛡️

Manager / IT

You give the field team superpowers - and keep the keys. Roles, approvals, and a full audit log.

  • "Who's allowed to close work orders?"
  • "Show me every job closed today and who approved it"
  • "Lock writes for anyone outside the service team"
Why Sadeh

All the power of the FSM. None of the risk.

Sadeh doesn't ask techs to change a thing, and doesn't ask you to give up control. He plugs into where the job already happens - and stays behind your rules.

💬

Already in WhatsApp

No new app, no VPN, no training. Sadeh is exactly where your techs already are - on their phone, on the roof, in the van.

🔌

Reads and writes your FSM and ERP

ServiceTitan, Dynamics 365, Salesforce Field Service, SAP - not a generic chatbot. Work orders, parts, and assets, in real time.

Nothing happens without approval

Closing a job, moving billing, or any data-changing write waits for your one-tap approval in WhatsApp. And there's a full log of who approved what.

🛡️

You govern every permission

Who views which jobs, who logs parts, who can close work orders, who reaches which system - by role and by person.

Integrations

Talks to the field service systems you already run.

We don't replace anything. Sadeh connects to ServiceTitan, SAP Field Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Salesforce Field Service, NetSuite, SAP, and 100+ more - and brings them into WhatsApp, fully governed.

FAQ

Everything you wanted to know

Does it work with our existing FSM / ERP?

Yes: ServiceTitan, SAP Field Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Salesforce Field Service, NetSuite, SAP, and 100+ more. We don't replace the system - we bring it into WhatsApp so work orders, parts, and asset history finally update from the field.

Is it safe to connect our field service system to a chat app?

Yes. Sadeh doesn't "open up" your FSM to everyone - it reaches it through a permissions layer you define. Each tech sees only what they're allowed to, every data-changing action waits for approval, and there's a full log of who did what. Data is encrypted and never used to train external models.

Can techs close jobs, or only view?

You choose. Reads - asset history, job details, parts - can flow freely, while every write is gated: logging parts, updating a work order, or marking a job complete can each require a one-tap approval. Set it per role, so junior techs view and log while seniors or managers close.

Who controls what each tech can access?

You do. Define roles ("Technician", "Service manager", "Read-only") and decide, per person, who views which jobs, who logs parts, who can close work orders, and who reaches which system - down to the individual action.

How is our data kept private?

All data is encrypted, stored in the EU (GDPR), and never used to train external models. ISO 27001 compliant, with a full audit log of every job closed and every part logged.

You already paid for the field service system. Now let the techs actually use it - from the site.

Sadeh connects to your FSM and ERP and starts working within days - in WhatsApp, under your full control.
