✦ Your ERP - from the plant floor to the customer site, fully governed

Your ERP, from the plant to the customer site. Quotes, lead times, orders - in WhatsApp.

Field reps check stock and production lead times, build quotes for configured products, and log orders from WhatsApp on site - no laptop, no ERP login. And you decide exactly who can quote, who can discount, and what needs your approval.

Sadeh in WhatsApp

The ERP is locked in the office. The deal closes at the customer's plant.

Sadeh brings SAP, Oracle, and your ERP into the one app every rep already has open on site - so a lead time, a quote, or an order happens in the room, and every write runs only after a one-tap approval.

Sound familiar?

The pains you know. Here's how Sadeh handles them.

Four moments from an industrial rep's day - and what Sadeh does with each.

01

Quote a production lead time on the spot

Sound familiar? The customer asks "when can you ship 200?" and the rep can't answer without calling planning back at the plant.

Lead time on 200 X200 valves for Continental?
48 in stock · 152 made-to-order Production lead time: 3 weeks · delivery week of Apr 21 Source: SAP, live
02

Build the quote without driving back to the office

Sound familiar? The RFQ gets written on a notepad, keyed into the ERP two days later, and the configured options get fat-fingered.

Quote for Continental: 120 X200, 316SS housing, target 4 weeks
✓ Configured quote ready in SAP · 120× X200 (316SS) · $148,800 Just approve to send to the customer
03

Log the order from the customer's plant

Sound familiar? The PO sits in a glovebox until Friday - the production slot is gone and the delivery date slips a week.

Continental approved - convert the quote to an order, deliver to their Antwerp site
✓ Sales order created in SAP · $148,800 Production slot reserved · delivery Apr 18 to Antwerp Logged under your name
04

Who can quote, who can discount - you decide

Sound familiar? In the ERP it's all-or-nothing: a rep either gets full quoting rights or none - and discounts go out with nobody watching.

Let reps quote list price freely, but discounts over 10% need a manager
✓ Policy set: quotes up to 10% off auto-approve Anything deeper routes to a sales manager for one-tap approval
Who it's for

For everyone whose work is in the ERP - but whose deals close in the field

Sadeh isn't a customer chatbot. He's how your team touches SAP, Oracle, and the ERP without opening them - quoting, checking lead times, and logging orders on site - and how you control exactly what each person can do.

🏭

Industrial sales rep

Stock, production lead times, quotes, and orders - from their phone, on the customer's plant floor, no laptop.

  • "Stock and lead time on the X200 for Continental?"
  • "Build a quote, 120 units, 316SS housing"
  • "When does Brightwater's made-to-order line ship?"
📊

Sales manager

Live pipeline and margin - without chasing reps to log quotes and orders, and with discounts approved before they go out.

  • "Show me open quotes over $100k this month"
  • "Which orders are at risk of missing their delivery date?"
  • "What discounts went out this week, and who approved them?"
🛠️

Sales engineering / inside sales

Configure made-to-order products, price RFQs, and sync orders - without bouncing between the ERP, CRM, and 6 screens.

  • "Configure the X200 with a 316SS housing and price it"
  • "Turn this RFQ into a quote with current lead times"
  • "Sync yesterday's orders to SAP"
🛡️

Manager / IT

You give the team superpowers - and keep the keys. Roles, discount limits, approvals, and a full audit trail.

  • "Who's allowed to create orders in SAP?"
  • "Cap rep discounts at 10% without an approval"
  • "Show me every quote and order created today and who approved it"
Why Sadeh

All the power of the ERP. None of the risk.

Sadeh doesn't ask reps to change a thing, and doesn't ask you to give up control. He plugs into where the deals already close - the customer's site - and stays behind your rules.

💬

Already in WhatsApp

No new app, no VPN, no ERP login on a phone. Sadeh is exactly where your reps already are - on the plant floor, with the customer.

🔌

Reads and writes your ERP

SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor - not a generic chatbot. Stock, production lead times, configured quotes, and orders, in real time.

Nothing happens without approval

Every quote sent, every order created, every deep discount waits for a one-tap approval in WhatsApp - and there's a full log of who approved what.

🛡️

You govern every permission

Who can quote, who can discount and how deep, who can create orders, who reaches which system - by role and by person, with discount limits enforced.

Integrations

Talks to the ERP you already run.

We don't replace anything. Sadeh connects to SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and Salesforce - and brings them into WhatsApp, fully governed.

FAQ

Everything you wanted to know

Does it work with our ERP (SAP / Oracle / etc.)?

Yes: SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, plus Salesforce and 100+ more. We don't replace the ERP - we bring stock, production lead times, quotes, and orders into WhatsApp and finally get them used in the field.

Is it safe to connect our ERP to a chat app?

Yes. Sadeh doesn't "open up" the ERP to everyone - it reaches it through a permissions layer you define. Each rep sees only what they're allowed to, every quote, order, and discount waits for approval, and there's a full audit log of who did what. Data is encrypted and never used to train external models.

Can it enforce discount and approval limits?

Yes - that's the point. Set discount limits per role: reps quote list price freely, anything past your threshold (say 10%) routes to a manager for a one-tap approval. Order creation, lead-time commitments, and configured-product quotes can each have their own approval rules.

Who controls what each rep can access?

You do. Define roles ("Field rep", "Sales engineer", "Manager", "Read-only") and decide, per person, who can quote, who can discount and how deep, who can create orders, and who reaches which system - down to the individual action.

Will my reps actually use it?

Yes - because it's WhatsApp, not another app or an ERP login on a phone. They're already there all day. There's no new interface to learn and no habit to change, so adoption happens from day one - right at the customer's plant.

You already paid for the ERP. Now let the team quote, price, and order from the customer's plant.

Sadeh connects to your SAP, Oracle, or Epicor and starts working within days - in WhatsApp, under your full control.
