✦ Governed enterprise AI - permissions, approvals, and a log on every action

Give every rep an AI agent. Keep total control.

You decide who sees what, who reaches which system, and who can trigger which action. Every write to SAP waits for approval; every action is logged. Your reps get real power in the field - without you handing over the keys.

Can reps see pricing but not issue refunds or delete orders?
✓ Role 'Field Rep' set · Read: pricing, stock, customers · Write (your approval): orders, deal notes · Hidden: refunds, deletions
And alert me on any deal over $100K.
✓ Done. Deals over $100K now route to you for approval before they're logged.

One agent, every employee - but everyone sees only their slice.

The same agent runs for your whole team, but what each person sees and can do is set by their role. Every write passes through your approval policy - and lands in the log under who did it and who approved it.

Control in action

All the power for the field. All the oversight for you.

Four moments that show exactly how much control you get.

01

Read-only by default

The setupA new rep can look up stock and pricing - but can't change a thing until you say so.

Delete order #4471.
Your role has no delete permission. I can show you the order or open a request to your manager.
02

Every write waits for approval

The setupYou'd never give every rep write access to SAP. Now you don't have to.

Requesting to log an order for Continental · 40× X200 · $49,600
Approve
✓ Written to SAP · logged in the audit trail under the rep and you
03

Big deals route to a manager

The setupRoutine writes flow. But above a threshold you set - it goes to manager approval.

🔔 A $66,000 deal is waiting for your approval - over the $100K threshold you set
Approve, and update the rep
✓ Approved · logged in SAP · rep notified · all in the audit trail
04

Who did what - and who approved it

The setupWhen something changes in SAP, you need to know who, when, and on whose approval.

Who it's for

For everyone who has to grant access - without losing control

Sadeh gives your field team real power in the enterprise systems - and gives you the tools to decide exactly who can do what, where approval is required, and what gets logged.

🛡️

Manager / IT admin

You give the team superpowers - and keep the keys. Roles, permissions, approval policy, and a full log.

  • "Keep new reps read-only until I approve them"
  • "Lock writes for anyone outside the sales team"
  • "Show me every action today and who approved it"
📊

Sales manager

You approve what matters and let the rest flow. Every big deal passes through you - in one tap.

  • "Route every deal over $100K to me for approval"
  • "Who requested a price change this week, and what did I approve?"
  • "Let the team log orders, but refunds - only me"
🚚

Field rep

Real power in the field, without fear of a mistake: you see only what you need, and every write is backed by approval.

  • "Is the X200 in stock? And the price for this customer?"
  • "Log an order, 40 units for Continental (for approval)"
  • "What am I allowed to update for Anderson?"
🧾

Ops / back-office

Broad access to the systems - inside clear boundaries, with a full record of every sync and change.

  • "Sync yesterday's orders to SAP"
  • "What changes were written to Salesforce yesterday?"
  • "Produce an audit report for the quarter"
The controls

Power for every rep. Keys only for you.

Four layers of control that work together: what's visible, what's writable, when approval is required - and it's all logged. Define it once per role, and it applies to every action.

👁️

See only what you're allowed to

Per-role visibility: each person sees only the tools, systems, and data you've granted them. What's hidden simply doesn't exist for them.

✍️

Read or write - your call

The same system can be read-only for one role and full-write for another. Read, write, and high-risk actions are distinguished - per role.

Approvals where you want them

Each action has an approval policy: none, self-approval, or manager approval. Deals over a threshold you set route to a manager automatically.

🧾

Every action, logged

A full audit trail: who requested it, what ran, when, and who approved it. A 'what can a Staff user do?' simulator shows you the picture before anything runs.

FAQ

Everything you wanted to know

Can different reps have different access?

That's exactly what Sadeh is built for. Define roles ("Field rep", "Manager", "Read-only", "Ops" - or your own custom roles), and for each role decide what's visible, on which systems, and what's writable. It's set by role, and you can also go down to the individual user.

What happens before an agent writes to SAP?

Every write is checked against your policy. If the role is allowed and no approval is required - it runs and gets logged. If approval is required (self or manager), the agent pauses, asks for one-tap approval, and only then writes. Nothing reaches SAP without passing the rule you set.

Can I require manager approval for big deals?

Yes. Set a threshold (say $100K) and any deal above it routes automatically to a manager for approval before it's logged. You can set a different approval policy per role, system, or action type.

Is there an audit trail?

Yes - every action is logged: who requested it, what ran, on which system, when, and who approved it. Filter by rep, system, or period, and export a full audit report. There's also a simulator that shows "what can a rep in this role do?" before anything runs.

Is the default open or locked down?

You choose. Organizations that want tight control start in default-deny - no one can do anything until you've granted it. Smaller teams can start open and tighten gradually. Either way, the permissions, approvals, and audit layer is always on.

Give every rep an AI agent. Without giving anyone the keys.

Sadeh connects to your SAP and Salesforce, comes in under a permissions layer you define, and starts working within days - with approvals and a full log on every action.
