Answer your business WhatsApp, with a person when it matters
Front Desk answers customers from your information and rules. When a customer asks for a person, negotiates, or asks something you haven't covered, it hands the chat to your team.
Sign in with email or Google. You set it up before it answers anyone.
Example conversation
Ready in an afternoon
Add your information
Services, prices, hours, and the questions customers ask. Edits stay in draft until you publish.
Connect your number
Connect through Meta. You keep ownership of the number and your WhatsApp Business account.
Test, then turn it on
Try real questions in a simulation that sends nothing. The agent answers customers only after you turn it on.
Answers the routine, brings you the decisions
Answers from what you publish
Prices, hours, services and your FAQ. If the answer isn't there, it says it will check and brings in your team.
Collects requests, you decide
Appointment and callback requests arrive with the day and time the customer asked for. Front Desk never claims a booking you didn't make.
A person when it matters
Asking for a person, negotiating, complaints and unreadable files go to your team right away, with the reason.
One inbox for your team
Search, assign, add notes, take over and hand back. Delivery states show what WhatsApp confirmed.
Hebrew and English
Replies in the customer's language, on desktop and mobile, in light or dark mode.
Your rules, your control
Pause it any time, keep versions, restore earlier ones, and export or delete your data.
What Front Desk will not do
- Send marketing blasts. Front Desk answers customers who write to you.
- Keep messaging someone who asked to stop. Opt-outs are permanent until the customer agrees again.
- Message outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window except with your approved templates and recorded consent.
- Invent prices, discounts or promises. Missing or conflicting information goes to a person.
- Use your employees' Sadeh tools or other customers' conversations.
Questions
Do I need a new phone number?
You can connect a number to the WhatsApp Cloud API, or keep using the WhatsApp Business app on an eligible number. Meta decides eligibility; if your number isn't eligible, we can help you set it up.
What does it cost?
Front Desk starts with a trial. Plans are arranged with us directly while the product is new, and nothing is charged automatically. Meta charges separately for some WhatsApp messages, through your own Meta account.
Does it book appointments?
No. It collects the request with the customer's preferred day and time, and a person on your team confirms it.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It tells the customer it will check and hands the conversation to your team. It only answers from the information you publish.
Who can see the conversations?
The people you invite to your workspace. Owners and admins manage settings; team members answer conversations.
Do I need Sadeh?
No. Front Desk works on its own. If your team already uses Sadeh, people can opt in to short Sadeh WhatsApp alerts.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Owners can export Front Desk's data or delete it from the workspace settings.
