Does it work with our Salesforce setup (custom objects/fields)?

Yes. Sadeh connects to your Salesforce as-is - including custom objects, custom fields, deal stages, and activity types. We don't replace the CRM or change its configuration - we bring it into the chat and finally get it updated from the field.

Is it safe to connect Salesforce to a chat app?

Yes. Sadeh doesn't "open up" Salesforce to everyone - it reaches it through a permissions layer you define. Each rep sees only the accounts and opportunities they're allowed to, every write waits for approval, and there's a full log of who wrote what. Data is encrypted and never used to train external models.

Who controls what each rep can edit?
