Does it work with our ERP?

Yes: SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Priority, Acumatica, QuickBooks, and your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot). We don't replace the ERP - we bring its live stock, contract pricing, and order entry into WhatsApp so the field finally uses it.

Is it safe to connect our ERP to a chat app?

Yes. Sadeh doesn't "open up" your ERP to everyone - it reaches it through a permissions layer you define. Each rep sees only the warehouses and customers they're allowed to, every order and price change waits for approval, and there's a full log of who did what. Data is encrypted and never used to train external models.

Can it pull contract pricing per customer?

Yes. Sadeh reads each customer's negotiated tier straight from the ERP, so reps quote the right contract price - not stale list price off a PDF. Price overrides can be locked behind your approval, so margin stays protected in the field.

Who controls what reps can do?
